Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming departure details.

Headset translators can be ordered in advance or upon arrival (additional charges apply) in order to translate the facility tour, these are recommended for non-English speaking guests.

If the guest wants the hotel pick up, they need to pay $10 per person to a maximum of $25 per family per tour to their driver on the day of their tour. They may pay cash or credit.

For pick-ups in Downtown Orlando additional surcharges may apply.

There are no pickups in Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park or the UCF Area.

Airboat Park is day dependent -on

Mondays and Saturdays we will usually visit Wild

Florida, and on Thursdays and Sundays we will usually

visit Boggy Creek. This is subject to change as needed.

We recommend guests drive to a meeting point with free parking, use a rideshare

app to catch an Uber/Lyft or walk to the pick-up points. For guests driving to a meeting point, please note the *Free Parking noted on the addresses.
