Voucher information: No need to print! You can show your voucher on your smartphone (But if you rather print a copy- that's fine too).

Please call the activity operator at least 24 hours prior to start of the tour for reconfirming departure details.

Please carry the copy of your voucher with you and present it to the guide at the start of your tour.

Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time for check-in. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.

To join the Stonehenge tour you must go to Bus Stop 1 Bulleid Way in Victoria.

During Peak Periods, Additional Vehicles Without Wi-Fi May Be Used

For safety reasons, pushchairs are not permitted in the State Rooms. They must be checked in and reclaimed at the exit. Baby-carriers are available for loan.

A one-way system operates along the entire visitor route for safety reasons.

Use of mobile phones are permitted in the Palace garden. Mobile phones must be switched off elsewhere on the visitor route.

Photography is not permitted inside Buckingham Palace.

Clients that require mobility access must book directly with Buckingham Palace.
