Re-Scheduling : Re-scheduling is based on seat availability and should be requested 48 hours prior to guest departure. In the caee when the guest departure is between June - Oct, scheduling changes should be requested 1 week prior to departure.

Check-in Time and Hotel Pickup: Last check-in time is 30 minutes prior to departure time. Passengers arriving after this time may be deemed as "no shows" if they chose to make their own way to the harbor
