We enjoyed the hop on hop off bus and the and the diversity of the routes.The buses came frequently and the stops were easy to find.The Batobus cruise was also a great way to see the sights and easy to get off at points of interest with less traffic hassle.We felt the commentary on the buses could be more informative about buildings around the city not just the major monuments, there was a lot of music 'filler' played between stops.N.B If you catch a bus late in the day check with the driver if it is the last bus, we got taken as far as the Gare du Nord and then told to get off...fortunately we didnt have far to walk to our hotel!!

The tours are well organised and exchanging the voucher was no problem. All the guides spoke good English which made the experience trouble free . They were also very friendly. Top decks were often full. Would recomend as the best way to get a feel for the city and surrounding areas

Thank you for the easy and convenient way to book Hop on Hop Off Bus. There was no problem with changing the booking to our Two Day Ticket and we really enjoyed using the Bus to enjoy the different sites and locations around Paris.

I had my ticket automatically extended to 48 hours. It is a good system especially for first time london visitors. They allow you to pre-purchase other attraction tickets which saves you from line up at the ticket office. Does seem to have bit of problem with organisation. Last bus was around at 5 PM. Since you don't know when the last bus comes at each stop, that means you are pretty much waiting to get back to you final stop by around 4:30 PM. Too early to finish up for the day and heading for your final destination. Due to heavy traffic, I was wating for the bus around 30 mins each time. Even then, some drivers took time to depart. One of the driver decide to get off the bus and decided to have a chat with people leaving the bus. That took around 15 mins and all up, I was waiting at that stop for around 45 minutes. I was starting the day from Padding area. For both days, I got on to the first bus but was late for included tour due to traffic. I think the first bus time needs to be earlier.
