I left my thoughts on the previous question
Three days for a great price
The audio tour gave good information. The stops included main points in the city. The bus was clean and the process to convert our voucher to a ticket was easy.
However, instructions were not clear on where to find the bus. We were at Terminal 1 and the bus was at Terminal 2, but we had to walk in hopes of finding out. In the afternoon, there were not enough buses. They were too far apart and overcrowded. On one occasion, we waited 30 minutes for a bus, and when it arrived there was no space. We ended up walking.
Overall, it is a good service, but could be improved by clearer communication of where to catch the bus, and better distribution of buses to accommodate clients.
